LABOUR’S ANTIQUES ROAD SHOW

Do you or your union have old objects from labour’s past kicking around your basement, attic, closet, or union office?

They could be labour banners, charters, pictures, books, pamphlets, newspapers, buttons, pins, mugs, T-shirts – anything that helps to tell the story of workers in this city. It’s time to dig them out and show them off.

The Toronto Workers’ History Project is planning a big 10th anniversary

celebration on:

Friday 25 September from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
in the Steelworkers’ Hall, 25 Cecil Street.

We would like to have as many of these old artefacts on display as possible. It will be our own pop-up museum!

So dig them out and contact us at cheron@yorku.ca. We’ll arrange to display them on the night of the celebration.
