Holly has been an active union member in Toronto since 1975, first with PSAC working at the Federal tax department and then with OPSEU working at Times Change Women’s Employment Service.
She has been a delegate to the Labour Council of Toronto and York Region for 25 years and a part-time instructor with the Labour Education Centre. Organized Working Women was an important involvement in the 1970s and 1980s.
In retirement, Holly has become engaged with theatre – taking classes and working on productions, both onstage and offstage. She is the Coordinator of TWHP’s theatre group, the Toronto Workers’ Theatre Group.
