Bill Kuehnbaum, a longtime activist in the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, joined the union as faculty member at Cambrian College in Sudbury, and served as a vice-president of OPSEU and then secretary-treasurer in the 1990s. He discusses public service bargaining, organizing, and the Ontario Public Service strike of 1996, as well as the Days of Action.
